I have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology/Construction Management from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas and a Masters/Doctorate Degree in Engineering Management. I have been involved in Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control for over 27 years and have worked with numerous owners in assuring that their project was built to their requirements. I have written specifications for projects of all shapes and sizes so I understand how important knowing the current condition of any project or home is and will produce a comprehensive report on the current condition of your home and I will be available to answer any questions you may have.
