House Doctor Home Inspector has created a unique opportunity for Realtors and Sellers. You know the feeling you get when you have your home on the market, possibly for months, and you finally get a contract on the table and then excitement turns to nervousness when you hear the words: "pending a home inspection"? At House Doctor Home Inspector, I wanted to provide the opportunity to make these words less frightening. So I am offering a major systems check or Home Wellness Check-Up. This service is conducted by a NACHI certified home inspector and a Certified Home Staging Professional.  The purpose of the check is to give clients a little peace of mind on ways to sell their home and for when the potential home buyer's inspector comes for a visit.

The major systems check-up  includes: Heating • Air Conditioning • Plumbing • Electrical along with a complete door-to-door Real Estate Evaluation. Though the Home Wellness Check-Up is not a complete home inspection, I have found that clients appreciate the opportunity to prepare for any needed repairs or upgrades prior to any full home inspection. Clients sign a contract prior to the service stating that they understand that the Home Wellness Check-Up is not a full inspection and that the information should not be used in contract negotiations. In addition your house is reviewed by the Certified Staging Professional and a report is prepared on ways to better prepare your home for potential buyers.  A thorough Home Inspection should last at least 2 - 4 hours, depending on the size of the home. The Home Wellness Check-Up and Real Estate Evaluation by the home stager can be conducted in 1 - 2 hours. I think the Home Wellness Check-Up is a great service and I'm happy to offer it to my clients.
